Hemp fabric has increased breathability, which helps regulate the body’s natural heat by keeping you cool in summer and warm in winter. Due to its hypoallergenic properties, it is compatible with all skin types. Naturally, it filters sunlight, protecting the skin from UV radiation.
We design every compatible-co jackets by incorporating our 20 years of experience and our own ideas, creating truly exceptional pieces.
I draw the patterns size by size, refining the samples in the workshop until we achieve a comfortable, uniquely designed work jacket. After the sample is ready and tested, the production of the jackets begins.
Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in every step of our production process. The labels are printed on the jacket’s own fabric with completely eco-friendly ink.
The label includes the item number, year of production, and size. In the third row, the serial number is placed for simplicity and minimal fabric usage. Beneath the label, a laundry guide can be found, accompanying the coat throughout its life without bothering its wearers.
The manufacturing takes place in a well-established Budapest sewing factory. We have been working closely with them for many years in perfect harmony.
The cutting is done with the utmost precision by experienced hands, taking into account the fabric’s characteristics and aiming for the most efficient material usage to reduce waste.
In the assembly technology, we reverted to classic sewing types. Every seam is clean, self-contained, folded, or closed. Only a sewing machine is needed to make the jacket, minimizing thread usage. This approach not only reduces waste but also ensures that each jacket is durable and long-lasting.We believe that sustainability goes beyond just the materials we use. It encompasses our entire philosophy and approach to production.
By producing small series, we avoid overproduction and excess inventory. Our goal is to create timeless pieces that our customers will cherish and wear for years.
Once the jackets are finished in the factory, we individually check their quality. They then receive a unique serial number, which we stamp into the label. After packaging, they are ready to be sent to you.
